Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026  ·  Effective: 20 June 2026

Short version: We collect your email (and optional company/usage info) when you join the waitlist, and we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site traffic and user behaviour (only with your consent). We don't sell your data. The Inspector Rabbit application processes your RabbitMQ messages entirely on your own infrastructure — that data never reaches us. A licensed app periodically sends only your licence key and an anonymous instance ID to our licence server to verify the licence — never your message data.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

The data controller for this website is:
Kamil Ryczek devjam.pl
ul. Konstantego Ciołkowskiego 42
45-683 Opole, Poland
Email: hello@inspector-rabbit.dev

If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at the email above.

2. What data we collect and why

Company / team name Understanding our audience; personalising outreach Consent — art. 6(1)(a)
Selected pain point & message volume Prioritising product features; segmenting communications Consent — art. 6(1)(a)

RabbitMQ message data. The Inspector Rabbit application is installed and runs on your own infrastructure (as a desktop application). It communicates directly with your RabbitMQ instance and may cache message content locally in a database on your own device. This local cache never leaves your network and is never transmitted to us. We have no access to your RabbitMQ messages at any time. As the software vendor, we are not a data controller for the message data you process using the application — you (or your organisation) remain the data controller for that data.

Licence validation data. If you use a licensed (paid) version of the application, it periodically contacts our licence server to confirm that your licence is valid and active. For this purpose the application transmits only: your licence key, an anonymous instance identifier (a random ID generated on first run, not linked to your name or account), and the application version. No RabbitMQ message data, queue names, connection credentials, or other content is ever transmitted during validation. We process this data to operate licensing and to prevent unauthorised use. Legal basis: performance of the licence contract — art. 6(1)(b) — and our legitimate interest in protecting our software against piracy — art. 6(1)(f). Validation requests are logged on our own licence server in the EU and retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes for up to 12 months.

Analytics. When you consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymised data about page visits (pages viewed, approximate location, browser type) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to generate heatmaps and session recordings (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls). Both are used solely to improve the website and are never activated before you accept. See the Cookie Policy for full details.

3. How we store and protect your data

Waitlist submissions are stored directly on our own server infrastructure in the EU. We do not use third-party form processors or email marketing platforms to store your data. Your information remains on servers we control at all times and is not accessible via the public internet.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your email and associated waitlist data for as long as you remain on the list, or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time (see §6).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

6. Your rights (GDPR)

7. International transfers

Your data is stored on our own server infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data to third countries. If this changes, we will update this section accordingly and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the waitlist form after changes constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026  ·  Effective: 20 June 2026

Short version: This is a pre-launch information page. No product is sold here yet. By joining the waitlist you agree to receive communications about Inspector Rabbit. Nothing more.

1. About this website

This website (inspector-rabbit.dev) is operated by Kamil Ryczek / devjam.pl ("we", "us"). It is a pre-launch marketing page for the Inspector Rabbit software product. No purchase, subscription, or binding contract is formed by visiting this website or joining the waitlist.

2. Waitlist and communications

By submitting your email address through any form on this website, you:

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@inspector-rabbit.dev.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logo, product name, and screenshots — is the intellectual property of Kamil Ryczek / devjam.pl and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Inspector Rabbit is proprietary commercial software. A time-limited trial is available; all other use requires a valid paid licence. Licences are issued per user, are validated online, and may be deactivated by us in the event of a refund, chargeback, or breach of these Terms. Full licence terms will be published at product launch.

4. Refunds and money-back guarantee

Paid licences are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Inspector Rabbit, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing hello@inspector-rabbit.dev with your order details. No reason is required.

Once a refund is issued, the associated licence is deactivated: the licence key is revoked and the application stops granting access at the next licence validation. You must stop using the licensed software after a refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days.

The guarantee applies to first-time licence purchases. Renewals and repeated refund requests for the same product may be excluded at our discretion. This guarantee does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information about the product (features, pricing, availability) is provided in good faith but is subject to change without notice.

This website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers.
